Room 16 is an attic family room looking out across the roof tops of Weymouth with en-suite bath and toilet. The room has a double bed and a single bed and can sleep 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. The single bed is in an adjoining space, a modicum of separation and privacy. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a flat screen TV in the room. Please note that the water pressure in the attic rooms is quite low and the room is accessed via several flights of steep stairs and is therefore unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties – there is no lift.
